I understand that the gatherings conducted by UWWG are a cooperative venture in which I participate, and during which I take full responsibility for the conduct, health and safety of my children. Recognizing that Unschooler's Winter Waterpark Gathering(UWWG) is not an entity under law, but a network of individual families of which I am a part, I hereby release the members of UWWG, any other participants in the gathering, and the staff and owners of the gathering site, from any liability for personal injury to myself or any minor member of my family, or property damage to any of our family property while traveling to or from, or being present at the UWWG event. I further agree to indemnify the owners of the gathering site against any damage to the site caused by myself or my children.
